notice for use

1. The mechanical seal coolant should be mixed with a solvent that is compatible with the material. When the temperature of the water solvent is less than 0℃, alcohol or ethylene glycol should be added for dilution to prevent the mechanical seal from freezing and being damaged.
2. Replace the mechanism coolant regularly every month, and keep the liquid level within the upper and lower limits of the window. When the coolant of the mechanical seal becomes turbid, stop the machine to check if the mechanical seal is leaking and replace the coolant.
4. The rotation direction of the machine must be the same as that indicated on the signboard.
5. When the machine is in operation, it is essential to ensure that the cooling water flows smoothly to prevent the mechanical seal and other components from being damaged by high temperatures. When the machine is in operation, if there are abnormal sounds or vibrations, it must be stopped for inspection.
7. It is strictly prohibited to adjust the set value of the pressure gauge and the internal parameter values at will.
8. When the machine is just started, appropriately increase the feeding speed of the pump to enable it to discharge materials as soon as possible and prevent the temperature of the materials in the cavity from being too high.
9. Select high-quality zirconium beads to prevent broken beads from clogging the screen. Regularly screen the zirconium beads to prevent small beads from clogging the screen and damaging the machine seal. The belts of the new machine should be inspected and tightened after 2 to 3 months of use.
11. Regularly check the accuracy of the instrument, the wear of the inner lining and other abnormalities. 12.When the machine is not in use for a long time, it should be thoroughly cleaned.
