KNB-S/D Series Pin-Type Nano Sand Mill

Can use 0.1-0.2mm grinding beads, suitable for ultra-fine grinding above 70nm.
The design of the rod pin and rotor uses fuid mechanics + simulation technoogy. The distance between the rotor rod pin and the grinding barrel is 7-13mm, with high grinding efficiency and narrow particle size distribution.
The large-area screen adopts a separation system wth a wide outer and narrow inner structure, which has a large flow rate and does not block the machine.
The cooling system is designed according to the spiral stereo thermal principle and fuid principle, which can quickly cool the material and effectively control the grinding temperature.
Imported sealing technology. safe and reliable, adding the same type of solvent as the material to prevent material loss due to leakage.
Pressure, temperature, and liquid level automatic protection devices are interlocked, which is safer to use.
Multiple materials are available for internal structure to meet diferent material requirements.
Optional button operation (explosion-proof) or PLC touchscreen operation.
